We collect this information directly from you when you fill out our check-in form.

With the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and related state systems for inspection reporting.

4. Data Retention

We retain smog inspection records for the period required by California law (generally three years for BAR records). Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Our digital check-in records are stored on shop-owned devices, and we limit access to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
